Thursday, November 4, 2021 - Popped and poured, a lot of sediment, could have used a couple of hours in a decanter. Dry cork, broke in half, use the Durand next time. Deep nose, shows tobacco, coffee grinds, blackberries and some cedar. Very deep palate, Bordeaux-like, medium weight, medium tannins with an austere finish.
