Tuesday, April 7, 2020 - Level at bottle neck and cock in great condition. Decanted and consumed in 2+ hrs. Nose still tight, with cherry, leather and vanilla. Palate restrained with earth and a little chocolate. Need longer decanting and/or aging. May be another 3-5 yrs?
