Community Tasting Note

Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Similar to the other bottle that I had about 1.5 years ago, this showed well but was not as dense or as complex as I had anticipated. Tasted with a group yesterday who liked it but thought that it was less concentrated and lively than we expected for a Turkey wine. It is soft and plush now so it is not clear to me how much longer this will be at peak (if it is even still there).
