Saturday, December 30, 2006 - Popped and poured - Deep garnet color leads to nose of currant and plum. The medium body contains more currant, plum but adds some vanilla, dill, and black cherry. The finish is smooth but somewhat clipped. I think this will improve with an additional 6 months of bottle age. The blend this year is approximately 90% Cab Sav.
