After another hour, soft, refined and balanced palate of cherry, leather, earth, mineral, plum and coffee. Just a beautiful wine. Perfect timing and glad I chose to drink it now. Side by side with an 86 Canon. Both very good but Dominique a little more refined. No tannin in either.
