Saturday, February 19, 2011 - Decanted about 1 hour. In my cellar for many years. Mature medium red with bricking at the edge. Nice nose of plum, leather and earth. After another hour, soft, refined and balanced palate of cherry, leather, earth, mineral, plum and coffee. Just a beautiful wine. Perfect timing and glad I chose to drink it now. Side by side with an 86 Canon. Both very good but Dominique a little more refined. No tannin in either.
