Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Not decanted, and didn't need any air to open, but would have been good to filter for sediment. This is perfectly mature and still has a few more good years left. It's a quiet giant; the age has mellowed it but there's still so much power. Tons of mint on the nose and palate, big jammy red cherry fruit profile, a bit on the hot side but not overdone. Very classy. Drink now-2017.
