Sunday, May 10, 2020 - Excellent sweet nose and subtle red fruit and spice. The palate matched with a odd rubbery streak that went away after about an hour. Not as exuberant as the 2009 but very pleasant.

5/10/2020 10:31:00 PM - Hi JohnH, the Clavelier 1er cru wines do need 10 years, better 15 years to unfold. They have in general low ph and a strong acidity when young. They are amongst the best in Burgundy. Cheers Markus
