Saturday, February 4, 2023 - Decanted for 60 minutes and then poured back into the bottle. Lots of lemon and salinity. Manages to preserve a strong concentration of flavor while having a lightweight mouthfeel. Very refreshing. This is in a great spot right now and still has several years of life left.
