Monday, September 19, 2022 - Rather firm and dense, if not quite rich. Powerful black cherry nose with baking spice and incense. Initially slightly woody, but this blew off quickly revealing a very focused wine. Could benefit from further development, but is lovely with lighter feathered game at present.
