Sunday, July 21, 2019 - Ruby colour with a clay rim. Cabernet Sav at only 30% still manages to dominate the flavour and nose on this one. Red cherries, wine comes across and fresh and refreshing, nice uplifting flavours. Well integrated oak, somewhat dry finish. Worked rather nicely with medium rare ribeye.
