Wednesday, March 7, 2012 - Just about identical to the nose and flavors in my notes of 12/16/11: earthiness, blackberry, blueberry, minerals, some chocolate and oak. Some astringency on the tongue due to the tannins though. Gets a lot better with food; this time a very nice lamb with everything dish. Paired best of all here.
