Thursday, December 27, 2012 - This wine really came around after posting initial tasting note. On its 2nd day after preserving with Preservino (Christmas gift - this is a great system which uses Argon gas) and after 3 hours open this wine showed great balance, mellow tannins, and qualities one would expect from a Cru Bourgeois Superior. Bump up rating to 90.
