Thursday, March 14, 2024 - Nose of blackberry and eucalyptus. Refreshingly less than full bodied. Finish is simple, but the acids are reasonably well integrated, which I don't always find to be the case when South Australian cabs take on age.
P.S. Not surprisingly, the finish is a bit more firm and structured out of a smaller glass, but at the expense of losing some of the nose relative to a larger glass.
