Friday, January 15, 2021 - This wine needs to age another 3-5 years. Use aerator, let set in glass for over 30 minutes, and wine still very tight. Blue fruit just on first sip, and then tannins take over. Very short finish. In 3-5 years, wine will be drinking very wonderfully
