Thursday, April 8, 2021 - Damn, this was excellent. Very similar to the March 21st bottle. I wish I’d read my notes in more detail and carefully though. This was my last bottle and with how the “bottle time” was helping it, I would have liked to let this lie down for another year or so. I already have ‘16 and ‘17 vintages of their CF (which are both getting better and better as well). Total bummer, but it was still terrific!!!
