Wednesday, February 10, 2021 - This is drinking well . Suggest you let it sit for a couple of hours minimum. It opens up and the dark fruit flavours start to shine. Good acidity, moderate tannins, great length. An excellent Pommard with all the ingredients to age well! Your call on whether you like yours wines young or will let this even get better by letting it age a few more years! I can easily drink these now!
