Friday, March 19, 2021 - 67 Pall Mall - Bordeaux vs Burgundy with Ronan Sayburn MS and Gearoid Devaney MS (Zoom): Nose is very clean yet dense (if that means anything), redcurrant and cherry backed up with a crisp minerality
Palate is red currant and cherry then plenty of fine tannins speaking to typical Pommard. Lovely long finish.
This feels like it's going places but isn't there yet.
