Saturday, December 16, 2023 - For Joel’s (neighbor) pinot birthday tasting next to an Oregon and a california pinot.
This had a semi open nose but flavors were shut down. Mostly acid with just a bit of fruit showing through. Not sure if it means to drink the other bottles I have quickly or to let them set .
