Sunday, January 5, 2014 - On its own, this is simplistic, run-of-the-mill, and not something I would choose when looking for a good everyday sparkler. However, I did find this worked surprisingly well in Mimosas, where the crisp effervescence and dryness were a nice compliment to the sweetness of orange and peach juice.
