Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Perfumed, raspberry fruited nose. Fine oak touch.
Opened unexpressed with the acid in control. An hour saw the perfumed fruit emerge. Very fine, elegant. Beautifully made. Growing and growing in the glass. Just entering its drinking window. Better in 3-4 years.
