Friday, July 23, 2021 - PNP. Deep garnet color. Bright red raspberry, sweet red cherry, light plum hoisin, flint and Asian nuances. Great structured CA Cabernet with lovely layering effect. Definitely ready to get after.

p.s. sous vide then grilled chicken with kapusta, corn on the cob and asparagus.
