Thursday, July 28, 2022 - Similar to my tasting note from 2021, this is an outstanding wine! While young, it is hard to resist now. This is how Chardonnay is meant to be. I especially loved the smell of the bouquet of white flowers in the glass (gardenia, honeysuckles, etc). Paired perfectly with a Caribbean lobster carpaccio.
