Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Needs some air to open up. Give some hours in carafe. Black pepper and concentrated red and dark fruits. Clear medium+ acid with medium tannins. Not very complex but that evens up from the very well made style with good balance and lenght with no vanilla interferance from oak fermantation.
