Monday, December 19, 2011 - Relatively bigger pearls. Salmon pink robe. Sweet nose of berries with slight orange peel note. On the palate, it exhibits strawberry, raspberry and apricot with undertone of brioche. A little on the sweeter side without much of the lemony acidity.
