Saturday, September 5, 2020 - Double-decanted the night prior. Notwithstanding, the final sip, some ~ 30 hours later was the most complete/best. Sappy black/dark red fruits, with plenty of dry extract, and commendable structure. A wine I'm probably in the mood to drink once or twice per year, and even then only in the company of fans of this style. HOLD. In that context, it's easily highly recommended
