Saturday, July 31, 2021 - Double decant and slow ox for 12 hours. Red fruit galore. Spicy. Bright acidity. A medicinal streak. Had this on table with 6 other bottles. This was unanimously everyone’s least favorite. Pretty disappointing indeed.
