Thursday, September 3, 2020 - Enjoyable California Bordeaux style wine. Blackberry, plum, cassis, oak, tobacco, and mocha. Day 1 was a little flabby and came together on day 2.

When I use the word flabby I mean lacking in structure, unbalanced, especially as it relates to the balance of tannins, fruit and acidity.
