Wednesday, May 14, 2008 - One of the darkest pinots I have ever seen. Mineral laden and dark fruited. The nose is accentuated by bitter cocoa, coffee, purple florals and nutmeg. Tannins, acidity and the purple/black fruit are all in place and balanced, meaning this wine will only improve over time.
