Monday, July 6, 2015 - Decanted about 45 minutes. This wine is still surprisingly youthful with notes of dark fruit, earth, game, and cassis. Soft integrated tannins have a silky feel and finish lasts a good 30 seconds. I believe I have 2 bottles left and I plan on holding on to those for a while.
