Friday, November 17, 2006 - Just had the 05 tonight with a nice prime Rib. Decanted for 1.5-2 hrs. Super dark purple color, aromas of dark fruit, currant and some pepper. On the palate, lots of fruit, blackberry, black cherry, some nice oak and lots of firm tannins but drinking smoothly, full body.
