in the glass dark red almost a purple core but not quite with very little rim variation.
on the nose.. baking spice and dark berry some earth and dried tobacco., initial pour had some sweetness (caramel) but that went away quickly.
on the palate baking spice, dried fall leaves, ash, acidity was medium minus tannns were medium plus, medium finish
some sediment in the bottle and attached to the shoulder as expected as this is unfined and unfiltered.
