Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - Still has hints of purple. Mostly primary nose of blackcurrant blackberry blueberries cherries dark olives with charcoal minerals earth wood mint lemon grass. Some minimal early aged mushroom. Firm structure with firm mouth coating tannins. It is full bodied has a soft mouthfeel with intense fruit flavours and good length. Extroverted and feminine. Riedel Bordeaux glasses 16 deg C. Best after 15 minutes post opening. Estimated drinking window 2025 to 2035
