Saturday, October 17, 2020 - This was very tight on opening, and was just hitting its’ stride after two hours in the decanter. You can drink this now (with 2-3 hours air time) for the primary fruit and enjoyably feral aspects, or wait at least 2-3 more years for this to integrate more. Right now it’s all big blackberry fruit, iron and some meaty notes. I suspect this will become much more interesting down the road. Wish I had more than one! Great QPR at $15.
