Saturday, October 19, 2019 - Despite its modest color, this wine's nose and flavors prove it to be more than worthy of legitimate comparison with vaunted Brunello. Dried cherry seems to be the theme, with modest acidity, ample midbody and some tannin. Quite drinkable now, it nevertheless has the stuffing to improve for another half-decade with proper storage.
