Saturday, June 23, 2018 - Classic light pink color you would associate with rosé. Aromas are super enticing, with fragrant honeysuckle, strawberry, and light minerals standing out. The palate is exuberant and fruity, yet exceptionally balanced. Strawberry, raspberry, and green herb are rounded out by snappy medium-high acidity and fine minerality. Just slightly off-dry. The flavors linger and continue to dance on your tongue long after the sip. Fantastic.
