Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Knoll Ried Schütt vertical + X (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Top fill level and cork. Clear, pale golden youthful color. Amazing! This is fresh as a daisy! Very good acidity, some white pepper, good mineral core, some speck/bacon, well balanced, good length. You can call it uncomplicated or not very complex. Very good, but not touching. 88
