Friday, March 22, 2019 - When first opened it was harsh and tight, with a acidity and thin fruit. With a decent of an hour it opened up and had a more smooth and ripe, rich flavor. But it was still had hard edges. This will hopefully improve with time, but it's not quite what we hoped tonight.
