Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Found a forgotten bottle of this in the cellar. Had it with linguine and clams. It was a little too much for the dish to keep up with. Still a little hot but a nice vanilla/almond with lychee on the palate. Still a pale golden color. Pleasantly surprised with the wine but I think we should have had a Pinot blanc with the dish. One of my favorite Italian white producers
