Friday, April 14, 2023 - Spice-toned and developed nose has notes of currants, cherries, cigar box, smoke, game and some heat. Taste is slightly dusty, less spice pronounced and more fruit driven with currants, cherries, tobacco and smoke. Alcohol way less intense also in the taste. Medium body, medium-high acid, rounded medium-high tannins, only 13% alcohol. Definitely a high altitude wine, and a very nice one. Probably will not develop more.
