Thursday, March 30, 2023 - Wine tasting at La Terre: Probably one of the most open and giving Bouchards that I’ve had. I didn’t like the 2011 LHL as that was a little lean and imprecise, but this had a good balance between citrus and exotic fruit. These need a lot of time to fully express themselves and this was in a good place, being more pleasurable than intellectual.
