Friday, October 6, 2023 - This was the first time to taste Cab from Herb Lamb. The wine was still young, but the balance was amazing. On the palate, it was extremely silky. Cassis, smokiness, mineral, and licorice harmonized together and composed an on and on and on finish. If the nose can be more vibrant, the sore will be 1-2 points more. So good now why wait! Cheers!
