Saturday, January 5, 2019 - Chat Fou is a unique mix of both red and white grapes - primarily Grenache with about 15% Clairettee, Viognier, and Chasselas. It's like a cousin to a GSM cousin but with a softer lighter tough -fresher, and less dense. Floral aromas with brambly raspberry, spiced red cherry flavors, and wet granite. Mild tannins with medium high acid.
