Saturday, May 4, 2019 - Opened 30 minutes, no decant. Medium dark for pinot. Nose of sour cherry, some plum and earth. Light/thin with little bit of tannin and good acidity. Some oak, wood, red-purple fruit. I'm going to decant this now before dinner. Decanted (no sediment) and after 1.5 more hours it really improved, melded/smoother and very nice with chicken.
