Monday, July 2, 2007 - This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and some Malbec. It is very smooth, almost like a Merlot, with well-integrated fruit and soft tannins. The finish starts out relatively short, but grow longer as the meal progresses. Overall, this wine does not taste like a classical Cabernet Sauvignon (such as the offerings from the Yarden or the Golan lines) but it is a quality wine nevertheless, very easy to drink, and is recommended. 4/5 stars.
