Sunday, August 9, 2020 - PnP, chilled. Even better than our previous bottle on 3/20/19 as this bottle seemed to be more integrated. Along with the grapefruit, hay, and herbal notes there were some notes of pineapple, along with a streak of minerality. The acidity is medium to plus, which makes this a very crisp, mouth cleansing quaff. Could hold for another couple of years.
