Tuesday, May 11, 2021 - Grass, elderflower, cream, gooseberry, pear, almond on the nose. Medium - body, a little alcohol on the finish surprisingly, a little green and overly vegetal on the palate. Nice chalky minerality on the finish. This improved a little with air but the balance is out for me.
