Thursday, December 29, 2022 - Quite a strange wine for me, a bit 'petillant' which seems normal for natural wine. I am not the biggest fan of this type of flavor but must admit it is a great wine; left in the glass overnight and in the morning it was still showing the same flavors...! On a critical note, I would expect it to develop more / show other flavors while in the glass.
