Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Bottle bought in Jura close by Rotalier. Wine is still young and vibrant. Not at all evolved compared to the Chamois du paradis opened a few days before. A bit of spruce on the nose. Palate is very zesty, with a bit of apples. Good length. Solid wine but hold to this for another 2-3 years+
