Sunday, October 7, 2007 - At age five, this is still a baby! Decanted two hours before dinner, bright bing cherries lept from the decanter upon opening. At dinner this wine delivered those cherries to the palate along with baker's spice, dusty earth, toasted oak and lots of acidity. Consumed over 4 hours with no signs of acid integration - this wine needs years. Could evolve into something very special.
