Monday, May 25, 2009 - Had alongside a Krug GC and a 98 Veuve LGD. The lightest of the three but very enjoyable for the citrus, vanilla, unripe tart green apple, and yeast components. Light on the palate but had a medium plus finish. Went well and actually got much better with the chevre and apple compote.
